1. Black Friday Sales
Being in Australia, my local stores don't have these sales, however my favorite online ones totally do! I've got a cute jacket from Ruche on the way, plus my first purchases from ModCloth! (Two adorable dresses!) I can't wait to receive them in the mail!!
On some blog which I can't remember earlier this week, they were talking about thinking of 10 things from that day you were thankful for. Oddly enough, this is a really fabulous way to end a day, and in all honesty, even though some days it has been hard, it's been a really good way to relax. I can't wait to keep doing it, especially on those days that just suck.
3. Chuck
For the last fortnight, Chuck has been my show of choice while playing WoW, and it totally is fabulous. It's a hilarious spy TV show, involving some rather impressive ninja-ing (...yes, that is a word), something called the "intersect" and I'm currently watching a set of episodes with Timothy Dalton in it (and I should have mentioned, it's totally awesome). Yes, I'm extremely excited.
4. Crackle Polish!
I love me some crackle polish. Especially with the white and red combo, it makes me feel so Christmassy! Also it makes me look like I've put a lot more time into my manicure than I actually have. Yes, I'm lazy. Seriously though, this stuff is so hard to apply. Which is a total shame (sarcasm intended.)
5. Being Well Prepared for Christmas
Presents? Parents, check. Bro, check. Secret Santa, not check, but I know what I'm getting. Boyfriend, not check, but we're not "doing" Christmas until he gets back from his family holiday, so more time for me to find something.
Copious amounts of embroidery and cross stitching for the road trip? Of course. I have some Wild Olive patterns (which I'm so excited to use), a few My Little Pony cross stitches to work on.
I love this prepared-ness. It's fabulous.
As always,
Until next time,
-C
